Genesis is the firs book of Moses in the bible. Genesis consists of fifty chapter. Here I have read the first nine and here it what i've come up with.
Chapter 1 -3: These two chapters talks about the creation of Heaven, earth, night, and day. God is the ultimate creator. He made the stars, sea, fish, and everything that creapeath upon the earth. This was done in the course of six days. On the seventh day the Lord rested. Then he created Adam to work in the crops. God had warned Adam of the tree of Good and Evil. Also God had divided the river into four sections. Eve was then made from the rib of Adam and was called Woman. Eve was later tricked by the serpent to eat from the tree of Good and Evil. After she ate from the tree she shared the fruit with Adam. Their eyes had then become open to the good and evil things of the earth. They were both punished by God.
Chapters 4: Cain was born unto Adam and Even and then Abel was born. Abel was the keeper of sheep and Cain was the tiller of the ground. In time Cain had become jealous of his brother Abel when he thought that God favored Abel over he. Cain then killed Abel and was cursed by God.
Chapter 5: This chapter is about the generations of Adam. It end with the Birth of Noah who then bares three sons Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
Chapter 6-9: These chapters are the Story of Noah and the Ark. God was not pleased about the wickedness of man upon the earth. So he decided that he would send a great flood and destroy his creation. However before that he told Noah to build an Ark for his wife, sons, sons wives, and 2 of everything that was upon the earth. Noah did as directed and God sent the great flood for forty days and forty nights. Noah sent out a dove every seven days to see if the ground was clear until the dove returned no more. Then he knew it was safe to go out. God then made a promise to Noah that he will never cause a great flood to destroy earth. a bow was formed as a covenant between God and Noah about the promise. Later Noah made a Vineyard were he drank the wine until he was drunken. And them his sons covered his naked body. Canaan the son of Ham was made to become the servant of Shem and Japheth because of that.
